Returns Policy

Should any order arrive damaged we will of course replace the item or offer a full refund. Again, with ecology in mind, we don’t want damaged items simply being thrown away and end up in landfill. If any of the component parts can be salvaged and reused we will certainly attempt to do so.
  1. Please forward a photograph of the damaged item.
  2. We will send you pre-paid packaging to return the item.
  3. Once we have the damaged goods back we will either send you a replacement product or a full refund should you prefer.
  4. We will recycle as much of the damaged items as is practicable.

Please note that any work of art which goes through the postal system WITH A FRAME will only be posted out to the customer with crystal Perspex safety glass. We will not post out traditional glass and risk the danger of a customer opening a package which potentially could contain broken glass.
